Delivery/ Shipping Policy

All cookie orders Must be made by Tuesday 23:59 PM to arrive for the Friday/Saturday of that week.

Any orders that are made by Tuesday 23:59 PM are posted on the Thursday, to arrive between Friday & Saturday. 

Please make sure that the correct delivery address is given when placing an order for delivery. Due to the fact that the cookies are perishable, I can't replace them or resend them. So double check and double check again!

Order are posted via Royal Mail.

If you have placed an order but wish to cancel, please email scrummybakes@hotmail.com 

If I have already posted your order I cannot cancel it. 

*Additional note*

All my baked treats are packaged in 100% Compostable clear packaging, to keep the freshness in a more environmental friendly manner. The packaging is not suitable for freezing and will start to bio-degrade after 12 weeks.
