Q: Do you do last minute product orders/delivery?

A: To fufill your order I need a minimum of:

- 48 hours for products listed on my 'Shop' page

- 72 hours for custom cakes.

Q: Do you cater for allergies and/or food preferences?

A: Yes I do. The baked goods I offer come with alternative options and custom cakes can be specifically tailored to your requirements. Most of the recipes I use can be tweaked for this purpose, however if you do have any further worries, do not hesitate to give me a call.

Please be aware that all my goods are made in an environment that contains dairy,gluten,wheat,egg,alcohol,soya and nuts may contain traces but will not be purposefully be included in your order unless requested.

Q: My cake doesn't look exactly like the picture I sent OR the cookies/ tart or other doesn't look exactly like the last time. What went wrong?

A: As everything I provide is handmade their may be slight variations in appearance, however just as much care has been put into each order. Custom cakes will also possess differences in look to an image that may have been supplied but will be as similiar as can be to meet your standards.

Q: Can you write a note/ card and add it to my order?

A: As a one man band baker, that is a service I do not provide, neither do I provide cake toppers or write messages on my baked goods. I only provide yummy moreish cakes!

Q: How do I go about ordering a cake and what happens if I need to cancel?

A: To start the cake order process;

1) Head to the 'Shop' page and fill out the cake request form.

2) Wait for my response. I will respond ASAP with a quote or a request for more information like a picture for visual reference.

3) I will then give you a quote and ask for your confirmation to go ahead with the order.

4) An invoice will be sent to you. The invoice must be fully paid at least 7 days prior to collection/delivery. If you have managed to book a last minute cake order 72 hours before collection/delivery, payment must be paid on receipt of invoice.

In the event that you have to cancel, if I have started making your cake or it is completely finished, you are not entitled to a refund. If I have not started making the cake but I have ordered specific decorations unique to your cake order( for example, flowers, sugar paper images etc), the cost of these will be deducted and you are entitled to a partial refund.

Additionally, if in the event, I need to emergency cancel on you, I will issue a full refund.
